Top 10 Quality Quotes


I love quotes! In fact, I tend to collect them up… I use them in my class presentations, marketing materials, social media and for personal inspiration.

Not long ago, I started a discussion in the ASQ LinkedIn group regarding favorite quality quotes.  There are over 600 replies now, with so much great insight.  Here are my top 10…

UPDATE 1/5/12 – I received an email from an interesting individual citing two additional quality quotes that were his favorite.  In addition, he disputes giving Einstein credit for the definition of insanity and instead indicates this is something Ben Franklin should get credit for.  I haven’t confirmed or denied either way yet, but it is interesting!  Here are the two extra quotes:
